We also believe that protection of the environment is a sound business practice for everyone by keeping wireless electronic device waste out of our landfills.
Very few consumers and businesses recycle their devices causing potential data security risks, and possible environmental impact. Consumers and businesses retire millions of wireless devices every year, but only recycle a small percentage of them. My Mobile Genius community knows that recycling with a trusted partner makes not only good environmental policy but also good business sense.

Get Started Recycling Today
Fill Out the Label Request Form: we will email you a pre-paid shipping label.
Packaging Your Item Package: Package all of the items in a sturdy box. Please remember to include a copy of the slip that comes with your label as well as all the parts, cables, manuals, etc. that go with the items (if you have them, though it’s not required). To prevent damage during shipping, please use adequate packing materials.
Shipping: Once everything is packed up, attach a copy of the pre-paid label to the box and ship the box to us.
What happens next?
We Inspect Your Items: Once we receive your package, we will confirm the condition of the devices. We'll send you an email to let you know that everything checks out okay. If there is any reason for a change, we'll contact you to let you know the adjusted value.
Secure Data Removal of Personal and Corporate Information: Confidential and proprietary information is often stored on wireless devices. Prior to recycling your devices all pertinent data is removed using standardized processes that are automated so nothing is ever missed.
We Send You Payment: Once your items are inspected and values confirmed, we will pay you. Please allow at least 30 business days from when value is confirmed for payment to be sent. If your device has no trade-in value we'll let you know once we've received them and recycle them responsibly at no charge.
