A: Any time you have access to a high speed internet connection.

Q: How many times may I watch a tutorial?

A: You may view a tutorial as often as you like. Smartphones offer so many features we recommend re-visiting the tutorials as often as you like.

Q: Why does my iPhone screen sometimes look different than the tutorials?

A: There are different iOS versions and slight differences between the service providers for iPhones, so you may see some minor differences.

Q: Can I download the tutorials?

A:The tutorials may only be watched online as a streaming video.  Tutorials cannot be downloaded.
